Kamran of Agile Roofing was extremely patient in explaining how the repairs he proposed would help alleviate some of the issues that we faced. His team was efficient and careful, and the outcome has been great. The gutters and downpipes were immaculately installed and they kept water off our backyard and balcony during the raining spell early this month. Highly recommended!
Abdul and his team are extremely knowledgeable and professional! Abdul made sure to walk me through all the steps of the flashing job and reasoning behind each part. He explains why things should be done a certain way, how to correct past roofing faults, and is extremely polite and easy to work with. Very glad to meet him so I can ask him about any future roofing issues!
Agile Roofing recently completed a significant amount of work on our roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Their team carried out full repointing of the ridge caps and gable, replaced broken tiles, installed suspension clips along the valleys, and repaired several areas of damaged sarking. The workmanship across every part of the job was excellent and the roof now looks and feels structurally sound and properly finished. One of the biggest positives was their flexibility. We were on a tight timeline with solar installation coming up, and Agile Roofing made the effort to fit us in beforehand so everything could be completed in the right order. That alone saved us a lot of stress. They also went above and beyond by sourcing a builder for the carpentry work we needed. Instead of us having to coordinate multiple trades, Agile handled the lot, kept everything running smoothly, and made the process completely hassle‑free. Communication was clear, the team was professional, and every part of the job was completed to a high standard. The team at Agile have done a superb, professional job on restoring, cleaning and painting my roof tiles. Khalid and his team supervisors worked closely with me at every stage of the project. I did my due diligence with research and its paid off. Starting with establishing what the problems are (a large and complex roof design and no eves to shift water away) then well planned solutions. First, a restoration team repaired holes, ridges abd capping, replaced cracked tiles and realigned tiles in the multiple gullies which also needed sarking under the trusses to help get water away. Next, a team installed my desired top quality gutter guard (having saved my last house in Black Summer bushfires partly due to good gutter guard). An innovative solution was found as its not an easy task to instal with no eves! Third task, pressure washer cleaning, carefully executed to prevent water getting into ceiling space. Final job, painting with a Dulux product specifically for roof tiles in a dark colour. I was sent the best technician, as it was essential to prevent overspray (tiles are right up against the top of my cream coured rendered walls with no eves as a buffer). He used a smaller spray nozzle for this exacting work. No overspray went onto my solar panels or walls despite a breeze. We had waited three months till the weather was optimal.The roof looks fantastic!. It draws many positive comments. It was obvious to me that Agile looks after its people , therefore retaining the skill set to do excellent work for its clients. Agile worked professionally and respectfully with me and my questions, with good humour, and allayed my concerns at all times. The work site (my gardens!) was meticulously kept clean and organised. I hope Agile stays in business for the decades ahead to maintain the integrity of my roof. Agile deserves a top review.
