Geelong Roof Works

Geelong Roof Works is a locally owned and operated business that is 100% Australian owned and operated. It serves the Geelong, Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula areas of Victoria, providing services to homeowners, government agencies and commercial developers. The company offers emergency roof repairs.

Its services include tiled roof repairs, roof restorations, roof painting, gutter cleaning and moss removal. For roof painting, it uses Shieldcoat Roof Coatings. All work carried out comes with a 10 year guarantee on workmanship, and the business is fully insured.

Roof restoration, cleaning and painting form the core of the work described by customers of Geelong Roof Works, with several accounts highlighting the transformation of tired or weather-damaged roofs into a finish that owners call immaculate. Reviews time and again mention the reliability and punctuality of the crew, noting that appointments were honoured and jobs completed efficiently. Communication comes up often, with customers describing clear explanations of each stage, updates from the first call through to completion, and an approachable manner when questions arose.

Quotes are described as competitive and fair for the standard of work delivered. Practical details also draw praise: the algae treatment and heat reflective paint applied to roofs, the careful clean-up as work progressed, and the respect shown for property, including on a two-storey home where the extent of the job posed no obstacle. Named staff include Joe, Mitch and Joe Lunney, whose knowledge of roofing problems such as leaks is singled out. The condition of the finished roof, supported by before and after photographs, remains the most consistent theme across the feedback.
