James was all round excellent. He responded quickly to my enquiry and promptly attended my home to evaluate the problem. He explanation of the issue was clear and the quote for the work was provided the same day. The quote was well priced and he completed the work with a short time. The work result was great - complete with photos of the issues and work finalised. We have had significant rain since he repaired the roof and the leaks are all gone - awesome result.
