Hutchison Roofing Townsville/ specialise in reroofing

Hutchison Roofing is a small local family run business that has been operating for the past two decades. The business specialises in re-roofing old style homes and works on heritage-listed properties. It is a QBCC qualified builder and accepts Resilience Program applications. Services include roof replacement, roof repair, cleaning, Colorbond roofing, roof painting and gutter repairs.

Reroofing sits at the centre of the work described, with feedback pointing to a service built around full roof replacement rather than minor repairs. Several accounts highlight the standard of the finished result, and one notes that the completed roof looks flawless, with the design improving the property's street appeal while holding up in extreme weather. Reliability and speed come up repeatedly, including a job where the entire roof was rescrewed in under a day, while a customer who has engaged the team more than once when preparing houses for sale mentions quick responses when timeframes were tight.

Communication is praised for clear explanations of what was needed to bring a roof into good condition before a property reached the market. Mark is named often as approachable and straightforward, and the crew is described as friendly, courteous and hardworking, with the experience of arranging a replacement roof and guttering reported as stress free. Reviewers also value practical advice on suitable solutions for their homes and the sense that the team went beyond expectations to ensure satisfaction with the completed work, from installation through to the final result.
