Bad experience with KWR, from the initial inspection, quote for repairs, then the repairs not in accordance with their inspection report, which led to delays and numerous emails. Had to get another roofer to sort it out in the end.

Kim, Shane and the team were great. professional job and very helpful. Have been using them for close to 20 years. Kim even came out to inspect the roof after I had solar panel installers in just a couple of months after I had the roof done. Can't say enough good things about them.

I recently had my gutters replaced on my old Queenslander by Shane and the team at KWR Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the whole process was professional. KWR is a small team, which really shows in the quality of their work — there’s great attention to detail, and you can tell they take real pride in what they do. I really appreciated that they took detailed photos of the roof during both the quoting and invoicing stages, so I could actually see what needed doing and what had been done. There was a bit of a wait between getting the quote and the job being completed, which is totally understandable given how in-demand roofers have been following Cyclone Alfred. The office girls were excellent at keeping in touch throughout that time, so I never felt like my job had been forgotten. Shane was also great to deal with — always happy to answer questions and quick to return calls. The whole experience was smooth, transparent, and the finished result looks fantastic. Would absolutely recommend KWR Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality roofing or gutter work.

Shane and his team are amazing! They not only fixed my roof perfectly and stopped the leaks, but also saved me a lot of unnecessary costs by quickly finding the real problem from day one. Shane is experienced, professional, and always willing to lend a hand even with things beyond roofing. Although I had to wait a bit because they were so busy, it was totally worth it. I really hope Shane gets some good rest — I’ll definitely trust him with my roof in the future!

Extremely disappointing experience with KWR Roofing. It took over two weeks just to get someone booked in to come out. Then they postponed. The night before the new appointment, we even received a message confirming the job — but on the day, no one showed up. We waited around for as long as we could with no call, no update, nothing. When we followed up on Monday, we were told, “Oh, he didn’t know he was working that day.” No apology. No accountability. Just completely unprofessional. Save yourself the time and frustration — stay far away from this company.

I had a quote scheduled for a Thursday but was informed that morning it would be delayed until Sunday due to illness — which I understood. However, no one showed up on Sunday, and there was no communication. I had to follow up myself on Monday, and even then, there was no apology. Pretty unprofessional, would not recommend.

KWR Roofing are an extremely reputable company. Kim made time to attend our property at short notice to assess our roof. Kim and the team were experienced, compassionate and professional. Would highly recommend KWR!
