Happy with the service provided by Leaky Roof who I contacted to get several leaking spots on my roof fixed. They were friendly, professional, thorough in identifying the issues and responsive in communication.
I was very happy with my dealings with Leaky Roof for a full gutter replacement including installation of gutter guards. Every step of the job went smoothly from initial enquiry, inspection and quote, material delivery, scaffolding, rubbish removal through to the final quality inspection. My new gutters are properly angled and connected to the down pipes solving my previous overflow problems.
My roof repair was poorly done; substantial amount of sealant was placed around the skylight and remedial patch ups carried out over 3 months. Large amount of silicone was applied on the roof surfaces to prevent water ingress. Replacing with a new skylight would have been ideal long term but was never discussed. Dealing with the leaky roof is very disappointing.
Some administrative glitches that occurred during the initial phase of the repairs were dealt with in a very timely and professional manner, and the work itself was carried out seamlessly and extremely efficiently. I highly recommend this roofing team and I will certainly contact them again, as the need arises.
Leaky Roof Canberra have grown too quick and their back office systems have not grown with them. The guy who did the inspection and review was very good as well as the team that did the fix. Everything else was poor and I had to do ALL the chasing to get the team to do the work. Would not recommend.
Nice people, thank you PJ and Jason, great job, good price. Even better, Adrian came to inspect the work afterwards, and he did it with a drone, which was fascinating and great fun - I have the drone's photo to demonstrate that it was a indeed a great job. The only issue might be that Leaky Roof is incredibly busy - you can see why - so it can be hard to contact them by phone. Email is best, thank you Ma and Mariz for your help.
