John was always pleasant, friendly, helpful and informative. It’s been a few very wet months since the repair work and I’m extremely happy to report no more leaks in our beloved old house! We can finally enjoy the rain without worrying whether or not our ceiling is going to collapse! I cannot recommend John and his team enough. It’s hard to find good honest tradies these days. On our first appointment, John didn't show up. He didn't provide notice of cancellation until we texted him after the scheduled time had already passed. He apologized and provided a reason for his no show. On our second appointment, John was running at least 1.5 hours late. We eventually cancelled his service because we couldn't wait around any longer. He had told us multiple rounds of "I will be there in 15 - 20 minutes" and never showed up. The communication was unreliable. John apologized and provided reasons again. He acknowledged his lack of professionalism. But we could not trust his communication anymore. We are disappointed with the experience and wish his team all the best.
