Millenium Roofing

Millenium Roofing is a roofing contractor based in Cairns that has provided roof cleaning, roof painting and heat reflective roof coatings for over 25 years. The business is a Dulux accredited roof membrane coatings applicator and roof painter, and is owned and operated by a licensed and insured roofing contractor with over 25 years' roof painting experience. It serves the Cairns, Port Douglas and Mareeba regions of North Queensland.

The company specialises in heat reflective roof coatings and specialist roof membrane coatings for all roof types, and provides roof restoration, roof cleaning, roof sealing and roof painting for tiled roofs, metal roofs and colorbond roofs. It also carries out minor roofing repairs and maintenance, including metal roof and colorbond roof sheet re-screwing and installation of whirlybirds for ventilation.

Quality workmanship and a meticulous approach stand out as the theme running through the feedback for this Cairns roof restoration and repair business. Several buyers describe the owner, Troy, as experienced and knowledgeable, noting that he inspected every part of the roof, cleaned it, repointed the ridge capping, replaced broken tiles and then applied sealing and multiple coats of paint. Reviewers frequently point to that he offered colour advice and even left samples, and that he painted extra sections so the household did not need to access the roof.

Tidiness is a point that comes up often: the site was left clean as the work progressed, with no mess remaining. Customers also highlight the speed of the job, with the work started and completed within a few days. Alongside restoration, reviews refer to re-screwing and washing down, installing whirlybirds for ventilation, and repairs, with a Colorbond roof coated in a Dulux Acratex membrane. Communication, friendliness and honest service are described as consistent, and the results are said to leave roofs looking renewed.
