Happily recommend there guys if you are getting a new roof. I had an asbestos roof and insulation removal done. Needless to say firstly, the change in appearance is fantastic. However the process from start to finish was easy, transparent and helpful. From the automated acceptance of the quote to the guys who came out on site. We had to work around some rescheduling due to weather, my daughter's wedding and some operational schedules their end as well as mine. I recommend these guys with absolute confidence. The team was great to work with, from the quote through to the completion. One of the few businesses that recommended removing the solar panels to do the roof properly. Price was good, workmanship excellent, communications great too. Even were able to accomodate the wifes change in mind of colour a week before it was due to start! Was black tiles starting to leak (25 years old), all pointing repaired plus around 20 tiles replaced and now a lovely light grey with 10 year workmanship guarantee and 15 year paint guarantee. The difference in temperature inside the home was instant and wish we had done it sooner and no more leaks. Now to paint the rest of the house to match!
This was the first time I've ever needed to use a roofing company, and I was super happy with OTTR for our re-pointing. The gentleman that came to quote it up was super friendly, knowledgable, had been on the roofs for 30+ years and loved a chat. I was happy with the quote, the communication was great throughout, and the end result looks great. The same gentleman that quoted the job also came afterwards to do a quality check, and then they sent through lots of photos of the finished work with the final invoice. Overall I feel the experience was great, and we'll be reusing OTTR again for any future roofing needs :)
