Rekote Roofing & Restoration Wollongong

ReKote Roofing & Restoration has operated as a roofing contractor since 1981, giving it over 45 years of experience in the roofing industry. It provides a 6-year workmanship warranty on all roofing projects. ReKote Roofing & Restoration services Wollongong, the Illawarra, Sutherland Shire, Southern Highlands, Nowra and surrounding areas.

Its main services are roof restoration, repairs, replacement, repainting and re-roofing. The company specialises in cleaning and painting concrete, terracotta and metal roofs, using high-pressure cleaning to remove dirt, grime, moss, lichen and debris. For repainting, it applies one coat of primer followed by two coats of Nutech roof coating. Most roof restorations take about three days to complete.

Prompt responses and dependable follow-through emerge as the strongest themes across feedback for this Unanderra roofing business. A handful of customers describe contacting the company about leaks and receiving an assessment the following day, with small repairs handled immediately on site. Repeat clients feature prominently, including one household that returned after an earlier restoration to have storm damage attended to. Reviewers frequently point to clear explanations delivered before work begins, notably from Terry, whose technical knowledge and steady updates throughout each stage are singled out.

The scope of work described covers full roof restorations, tile recoating, pressure washing, repointing, leak repairs and replacement of tiled roofs, with quotes said to be honoured and time frames met. Tidiness after completion is a point that comes up often, as is the politeness of the crew, with Josh named for keeping a household informed when wet weather disrupted scheduling. Customers also note fair pricing, including one instance where an emergency fix was carried out at no charge. Rendered surfaces and restored tiles are described as looking sharp, and the sense of trust in the tradespeople runs through the feedback.
