Spalding Roofing

Spalding Roofing is a locally owned and operated roofing company with over 15 years of experience. The business serves Geelong, the Surf Coast and the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria. Spalding Roofing is fully licensed and insured and provides roofing services for both residential and commercial properties. It offers a 6-year guarantee for all roofing projects. Spalding Roofing specialises in roof installations and roof replacements.

Geelong roof replacements carried out by this contractor have covered Colorbond sheeting, concealed guttering, downpipes, a double garage and a large, complicated pergola area. Marcus is the name that recurs across accounts, described as taking time to lay out options, explain what the works would involve and clarify how the electrical and plumbing sides would be handled, with no sales pressure applied. Several accounts note a smooth and stress-free process from the initial enquiry through to completion, prompt responses to enquiries and jobs finished on schedule, including plumbing and roofing completed within a single day.

Workmanship attracts consistent approval, with neat corners, rubbish cleared away and the ground swept after the crew departed. A point that comes up often is that no leaks have appeared since the work, even after heavy rain, and that the new roof has improved the look of the home. Polite, friendly crews and clear communication before, during and after the job complete the accounts, with the same team engaged for repeat projects.
