Its service area includes Toowoomba, Dalby, Warwick, Stanthorpe, Miles, Chinchilla, Kingaroy and everywhere in between, and it can travel up to two hours outside of Toowoomba. It provides free, no-obligation quotes for all of its services. Its main services are roofing repairs and restoration, plus pressure washing, gutter cleaning and protection, and re-bedding.

Roof restoration work carried out by Steve Oberhardt Roof Restorations is described in accounts that stress professionalism and reliability. In both instances, the tradesperson arrived on the date or at the time arranged, with no rescheduling. Quoted pricing is a further consistent point, as the amount charged matched the figure provided beforehand, leaving no gap between estimate and invoice.

The finished result is described as excellent, indicating a restoration standard that met expectations. One account notes the difficulty of securing a tradesperson willing to travel beyond the Toowoomba area, and that this business accepted work in Westbrook without hesitation. The owner, Steve, is named directly, and the handling of the job is characterised as professional from start to finish.
