Ltd. and the person who answered the phone was friendly however the sales manager Larry was just intent on defending the sales representatives poor behavior and kept on asking me my roof age. It felt like still I was trying to be sold an entire roof. This was a very draining and upsetting morning. It was a waste of my time as well. I would not recommend using them.

Please people do not go with this company. I honestly tell you they replaced my roof It came three times to do return job Locky. I did not pay them the full amount they do do a job. Do not trust them. this is a true copy of the return job Please contact me if you want to know more they may say any other explanation or reasons but trust me they are doing dodgy jobs. This is the message he send to me in the middle of the night after receiving his payment. “If I were on site either your whole roof strip out and take away with us or he taught a lesson” “Btw, just move, on you have nothing in your life, but I have lot of things to do tomorrow And lastly that review lol god bless you Thanks” All this reply is fake please people save your hard earned money from company like this they are fake. Attached photos are the they did and was asking for full payment.i can only advise to think wisely before going with this company.

Trust worthy business for long time. Really appreciate for their service. Four years after they done the job, I called them for repair some slides tiles, which was under my 10 years warranty. With a single call the owner of the business agreed to fix my roof. There turned up within 5 days and done the job. Which I found great service I recommend this business for best price and great service with commitment.

You can easily see tell this owner's character and how untrustworthy he is simply by looking at how much he has pushed back on all the negative reviews from his customers on Google. I wish I had read these before deciding to go ahead him with for my new colorbond roof install on my backyard garage. He did the same thing with me and clearly, he lacks ownership or any accountability. His team was late, he just told me the "work would be completed today", took my money, ignored me when I initially complained, then responded and declined to fix their poor work, and eventually stopped responding entirely. Now it's costing me over an additional $500 for a true professional to finish his incomplete and poor quality work. I've lodged a complaint against him to NSW Fair Trading about his services, and now he will be held legally responsible. We don't need any dodgy tradies in the industry taking people's hard earned money for incomplete and low-quality work. This is actually called theft.
