What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Prompt, professional service from Jackson and his team is the theme that runs through this Sydney company's reviews. Several buyers describe urgent situations, including storm damage, cracked tiles and leaks, being resolved quickly after a single call, with one homeowner noting a tile was sourced and installed within a couple of hours. Several accounts note that work starts when promised and finishes on schedule, whether the project is a full roof replacement on a 1928 timber cottage, a pergola roof or a home extension with a double gable structure, valley, box gutter and internal sump.

Attention to detail is a point that comes up often, with flashings and joints described as well finished and skylight installations carried out efficiently. Customers also value Jackson's friendly, positive manner, his willingness to answer questions and advise, and the care taken by team members who are described as polite and hardworking. Quotes are seen as fair, and the completed roofs, including Colorbond work, are reported as watertight and well presented, with the site left clean and tidy. The same standards recur across accounts of both planned projects and emergency repairs.

I highly recommend Sydney Roofing Contractors for any roofing needs. Due to the forecast of rain ahead Jackson Chase attended my home the same day that I phoned him and accessed the roof damage to be repaired. He clearly explained the problem and the necessary repairs to be completed. I received a written quote with no hidden fees. My roof is now repaired and leak free. Thank you Jackson and your professional crew for the great service. From a very happy customer 👏

Jackson and his amazing team did such a wonderful job for my home extension. The new extension has a double gable structure with a valley in the middle where the box gutter and an internal sump is. Jackson and his team worked very efficiently in completing the roof with 4 skylights. Their attention to detail are excellent and all the flashings and joints are well finished. I also appreciated the very professional and prompt communication by Jackson and his team. Top blokes indeed - always courteous with positive attitudes. A real pleasure to work with!

Strong winds (with torrential rain) and a falling branch that cracked one of our roof tiles. With water entering and running down an internal wall, I called and spoke to Jackson. He was driving past my house to another job so he stopped and had a quick look. Jackson sourced the tile and had it collected and installed within 2 hours. Needless to say, he’s now listed as a permanent contact! Thank you for such prompt and professional service, Jackson. I can’t recommend you highly enough.

Jackson and the team did a fantastic job on our 1928 Timber Cottage Roof. We love our colour bond roof. Work was done professionally, on time and the house is now water tight. Highly recommend Sydney Roofing Contractor to anyone. Gary & Gabriella
