What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Households across Bendigo that engaged T&T Roofing Bendigo for restoration and repair work consistently highlight the contribution of Dillan and Tyler, whose names appear throughout accounts of roofing, guttering and related tasks. A theme running through the feedback is responsiveness: enquiries are answered without delay, quotes are produced quickly, and assessments frequently happen on the same day a concern is raised. Clear communication before and after each job is another recurring quality, with customers noting they were kept informed at every stage.

The work described ranges across gutter repair and replacement, gutter guard installation, roof replacement, tiled roof repairs, locating a leak that had reached a wall cavity, and cleaning roofing, guttering and solar panels after a bushfire. Various customers describe a high standard of finish, pointing to flashing that sits neatly around weatherboards and to sites left tidy once work is complete. Reviews regularly refer to a can-do approach, respectful treatment of an elderly client, and tradesmen who arrive when promised. The speed of completion and a readiness to resolve problems other trades had overlooked round out the praise centred on the two named roofers.

I highly recommend T&T Roofing and would give them more than five stars if I could. Tyler and Dillan were very responsive, knowledgable, and provided excellent service. They diagnosed and rectified issues with our roof that had been missed by previous tradesmen. They also definitely went the 'extra mile' by assisting with waterproofing our crawl space, even returning during heavy rain to identify what was happening. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service from both Tyler and Dillan!! They came out the same day to assess our roofing issue and provided a clear quote. Their communication was outstanding, and they kept me updated every step of the way. I highly recommend using this company!

We have used T & T Roofing twice now for work at my elderly mother’s home, and on both occasions they have been outstanding. They responded quickly, arrived when they said they would, and completed the work professionally and efficiently. They also treated my mum with courtesy and respect whilst in attendance at her home. Would highly recommend T & T.

What a great experience for the time I spotted T and T doing another spouting a few streets away until they did the quote and then the work. Amazing fast workers. A new gutter and a water tank installed and even pruned some over hanging branches of a camellia. Thx so much!

D & T replaced the skillion roof without fuss or bother and now this little home is waterproof (what a relief!) The job is neat and tidy and I like the way the flashing snugly wraps around the roof and weatherboards. I especially commend them for their communication skills - very important! Will definitely use them again.

Dillan and Tyler originally came out to fix a roof leak for us a while back and we were so happy with the job we had them come back to replace our gutters as well. Friendly, honest and easy to deal with from start to finish. The new gutters look fantastic
