Y Local Roofing & Roof Repairs

The metal valley linings on our roof were choked with pine needles, causing water to back up under the tiles. They cleared the debris, widened the valley channels, and installed custom leaf guards to prevent future blockages. Their smart modification has kept the channels completely clear through the autumn leaf drop.

Our detached garage had an old asphalt roof that was literally peeling off in sheets from sun damage. The crew stripped it clean, repaired a few soft spots in the plywood, and laid down durable architectural shingles. They knocked it out in half a day and left the surrounding garden completely untouched.

We wanted to install solar tubes to bring natural light into our dark interior bathrooms without major remodeling. Their specialist mapped out the rafters perfectly, cut the precise circular openings, and sealed the roof domes immaculately. The bathrooms are now beautifully bright all day long without turning on a single light switch.

We noticed several missing shingles and were concerned about potential water damage. The roofing contractor responded quickly, repaired the problem areas, and ensured everything was properly sealed. Their professionalism and quality workmanship exceeded our expectations, and the roof looks excellent.

We were dealing with a mystery leak that only appeared when the wind blew rain from the east. The technician spent an hour spraying targeted sections with a hose until he located a tiny gap behind the siding overlap. He sealed it on the spot, and we haven't seen a drop of water since.

Our historic brick townhouse had an ancient internal box gutter system that was completely rusted out and leaking inside. They lined the entire hidden gutter with a modern, seamless liquid rubber membrane without changing the exterior look. It was a highly technical job done flawlessly without ruining the home's historic charm.

We noticed our roof ridge line looked slightly warped and wavy from the street view. The inspector found that the ridge beam had settled over forty years and needed serious structural sistering. The carpenters reinforced the framing perfectly straight before laying down fresh shingles, making the roofline look incredibly sharp.
