I was quoted for both but the guys went above and beyond patching the leak but also sealed all the gutters, cleaned them along with the downpipes, and replaced the whirlybirds entirely. Very happy with the work they performed.

Highly recommended if you're considering a full roof restoration. From very detailed roof cleaning, including gutters and solar panels, repair and replacement of cracked and hairline concrete roof tiles, and full roof paint 3x coats (1x primer, 2 x final coats) using HRC (heat reflective coating) paint. Very flexible on the schedule and even work on Saturday to finish the roof paint. Supplied a written statement for material and workmanship warranty for peace of mind. Kudos to A One Roof Restoration (Nabina and the rest of the team) for job well done 👍 Both my neighbours was even more impressed the end result and now considering getting their roof restoration work as well.

Fantastic work! My roof is sorted for another 10 or more years! The team did an amazing job of restoring my roof! I've lived in the house for 11 years and wouldn't have ever imagined how much love and attention my roof really needed until I contacted them, I had 47 broken/cracked tiles that needed replacing! Also the pointing needed repairs and the old paint was almost non existent in places! A roof is not something that you take much care or thought of as it's up there doing its thing day in and day out.... but I'd recommend anyone with a house with a bit of age on it to get in contact with the team from A One Roof Restoration to have a look and make the roof that protects your house 100% again 👍 Thank you again for the restoration!
