AJ Roofing

AJ Roofing is a roofing contractor based in Ballarat, serving Ballarat and the surrounding district. Ash Jeffrey is the contact person. The business works with terracotta, concrete, shingle and metal roofing. It provides moss removal and treatment, leak detection and make-safe work, and handles emergency work including storm sealing, water damage and insulation removal. It supplies and fits replacement tiles for broken or cracked tiles, and performs repointing including colour matching, flexi point and recapping, along with rebedding of ridges, gable ends and shell ends.

Heritage work with terracotta and unique tiles is undertaken, and antique or discontinued tiles are stocked. Gutter cleaning covers spouting, blow and vac, blockages and downpipes, and gutter guard is installed. High pressure cleaning of all roof surfaces is usually carried out as part of restorations. Roof tiling in Ballarat includes re-roofing, extensions, specialised projects and tile replacements. Pre-purchase specialist roof assessments, quotes, evaluations and reporting are offered. Quotes are free.

Urgent roof and leak repairs form the core of what customers write about, with Ash named throughout the feedback as the tradesperson handling the work. Several accounts highlight how swiftly he attends when water is entering a property, including a call placed in the afternoon that ended with the problem fixed the same day, work continuing until dusk. That readiness to turn out promptly, even when conditions are poor, is a point that comes up often. Reviewers also note that the completed work is well executed and guaranteed, which leaves them confident in the result.

Alongside emergency callouts, the business covers gutter cleaning, pressure washing, insulation, waterproofing, water damage restoration, debris removal and property maintenance, and this range appears in the tasks customers describe. Clear communication about what has been done, and a tidy approach on site, feature in the comments, as does appreciation for how Ash deals with people. Running through the accounts is practical problem-solving and a tradesperson who follows through, leaving properties weathertight and customers satisfied with the standard of repair.
