It goes without saying that our new roof looks absolutely fantastic but what sets this company apart is there excellent service and responsive communication. They worked closely with us to get the specific result and solar and battery package for what we believe to have been great value for a high end product.
Aurora are second to none. A masterclass in customer service and workmanship.
After seeing the incredible job that Luke and the team did on my friends property we had to get a quote. Plenty of discussions and back and forths (sorry guys) we agreed on the ceramic with integrated solar tiles. The finish to the project was nothing short of 1st class with the solar roof complimenting our property so well.
The overall experience was nothing short of exceptional. We felt the team as a whole really over serviced our project, a breath of fresh air after months of trying to get quotes and site assessments from other companies out there. Highly recommended.
Big shout out to Jake who ran our solar roofing project. We had so many changes to the design of our property throughout the process and had handled all of the complex issues like an absolute legend. Myself or the architect wasn’t the easiest guys to work with but the final result was outstanding. Thanks guys
