Australian Building & Property Maintenance Pty Ltd

We had a leak under our patio out the back of our place. We engaged ABPM to fix this and couldn't be happier. Steve was fantastic to deal with, he came out quick to get this done and the price was very reasonable. Steve also took videos throughout the process to keep me up to date on what was happening so I always felt informed. Definitely recommend Steve at ABPM if you have any issues with your roof!

This is an excellent company with first class service. Steve and Kayne kept us informed of all aspects of the job. They patiently explained everything that needed doing, and we actually learned alot about the importance of roof restoration. Their work was first rate. They care about the job they do. They gave us great advice on other aspects of the house. And their post job follow-up as we moved towards solar was great. We can thoroughly recommend them. If you need work done on your roof, look no further than Steve and Kayne at ABPI

After ongoing issues with our tiled roof, we had multiple trades attend who couldn't fine or stop the leaks, Steve from Australian building & property maintenance was recommended to us by one of our neighbours, Steve attended and completed a free inspection, he provided us with photos and footage of his findings, we then recently engaged Steve and his team to restore our roof . ABPM did a fantastic job, we are so happy we the service and works completed ; highly recommended this company! friendly, professional and very easy to deal with. 5 star service, thanks for all the progress and completion photos Steve .

I recently used Steve from Australian Building and Property Maintenance for work on both my home and one of my investment properties, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. After storm damage to the roof at my investment property, their team responded quickly and handled the repairs efficiently and professionally. The quality of the work was excellent, and they made the whole process stress-free. Based on that experience, I had them complete a full roof restoration on my home, along with guttering and some internal plaster work. Once again, they delivered outstanding results. The attention to detail, workmanship, and communication throughout the job really stood out. It’s not easy finding reliable trades these days, but these guys genuinely exceeded expectations. I’d highly recommend Australian Building and Property Maintenance to anyone needing roofing or property maintenance work done right the first time.

Steve was very understanding and went out of his way to help us out with a roof issue at short notice (and so close to Christmas!). Prompt. efficient and great communication. Very much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Steve and his team were so professional. We really trusted the workmanship was of highest quality. They were prompt and got the job done in a timely manner. Our roof looks fantastic and the house is so much warmer since the roof has been restored. Very happy customers!

Steve and his team exceeded our expectations right from the beginning. Steve attended our property within hours of sending our first email and within a week the roof repairs were completed. Steve kindly made extra repairs on the go which were outside of the agreed scope. He certainly went over and above. An absolute pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend his roof repairs.
