What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Brisbane Roofing Solutions | Roof Restoration & Repairs holds a 4.8 average from 121 reviews, with Jim and Sharon (Sharron) named repeatedly and praised for communication and standing behind their work, including one case where the company paid to fix an issue from a restoration completed a decade earlier.
Reviewers describe full roof restorations with cleaning, tile repair, flashing and repointing, along with smaller jobs like whirlybird replacement, generally finished with no overspray and a clean site. One reviewer describes a frustrating two-week wait for a quote that was then deferred further after a storm increased demand. Aside from that, the feedback points to a well-established, detail-oriented Brisbane roofing business.

Brisbane Roofing Solutions did a complete renovation of our 35 year old concrete tile roof (cleaning, tile repair, flashing, repointing and painting). The whole process, from providing an on site quote, to completing the job within 3 days, was smooth and efficient. The tradies who did the work were polite and friendly, and cleaned up well at the finish. I can highly recommend this company.
Very happy with our experience getting our roof cleaned, restored & whirlybirds installed using Brisbane Roofing Solutions. Quote was very detailed and a fair price offered (confirmed by a family friend who’s a builder). Upfront with lead times and great communication throughout. Very happy with the end result.
I had a great experience with this company for a small roof related repair—replacing a faulty whirlybird. From the initial quote to booking and getting the job done, everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Communication was clear, the turnaround was quick, and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend them for honest, reliable service.
Very happy with the roof restoration. The team were great to deal with, kept in touch about timing, and delivered quality work at a fair price. It was a real plus dealing directly with the people doing the job
Waiting 2 weeks for a response to book a quote - then a storm hits Brisbane - suddenly i cant be looked at until next year for a simple roof quote. Business must be good to defer 15Grand roof jobs to the following year......Staff are friendly though.
We are very happy with the rejuvenated roof. The team were very easy to communicate with, keeping us updated as weather impacted the timing. The quote was competitive and we liked that we were dealing direct with those doing the work.
Excellent service from the first phone call requesting a quote. We mentioned we wanted the job done sooner rather than later and we were called to be offered an early slot as another job had been postponed. Friendly staff, very professional. Happy to recommend Brisbane Roofing Solutions!
