Prompt, reliable service under Dean's direction is the theme that recurs most across feedback on this Geelong roofing and plumbing business. Customers describe a team that answers enquiries quickly and arrives when promised, whether the job involves storm damage, a leaking roof or a failed hot water unit. Dean and his crew, among them Jack, Rider and Bronson, are repeatedly described as friendly, respectful and professional, with several reviewers noting how tidy they left the site.

The standard of the finished work draws consistent praise: a 1940s tiled roof was replaced with Colorbond, cladding was repaired, a shed was rebuilt after storms, and whirlybirds plus bathroom and rangehood exhausts were installed, with dry pan flashing chosen for a cleaner finish and sounder waterproofing. Straightforward advice stands out, with customers appreciating that unnecessary work was not pushed and that quotes were considered fair and competitive. Communication is a point that comes up often, from the first reply through to explanations of what needed doing. Roof plumbing, drainage and hot water work all feature in accounts of completed projects.
