INTER-ROOF PTY LTD

Inter-Roof Pty Ltd is a roofing contractor based in Launceston, Tasmania. The company has been Tasmanian owned and operated since 1997. It is licensed and insured. Inter-Roof Pty Ltd only uses accredited Roof Plumbers. It offers a 12 month Workmanship Warranty.

The company can supply and fix or just supply roofing needs. Services include new homes, re-roof existing homes, commercial buildings, fascia and gutter, wall cladding, custom made flashings, roof insulation, gutter guard, PVC and metal downpipes, Spinaway vents, and skylights.

Friendly, helpful service from Milton at the desk and installation work by Harry, Gilbert and Joel are named approvingly in some accounts of this Launceston roofing contractor. The recurring difficulty reviewers describe lies elsewhere: obtaining a quote or a return call, with repeated chasing and jobs that stalled after an initial site visit. Scheduling comes up often, including a terrace roof reported as taking six months because fitters were unavailable, and one customer noting that material laid differed from what the quote specified.

Gutter work also drew criticism, with brackets described as unevenly spaced, fixings seen as unsuitable and gutter ends left unfinished when the company did not return. A quote that was slow to arrive, an office that was hard to reach and a build that lapsed after measuring are among the experiences recounted. The pattern that emerges is that personal manner and the final result can satisfy, while communication, scheduling and completion of works are the aspects most consistently questioned by customers reflecting on their jobs.
