Masterbuild Roofing

Finally bit the bullet and got the roof redone after years of chasing leaks, and honestly, wish we’d done it sooner. The crew were upfront about costs and timelines, and gave solid advice on what’d suit our place and budget. The job was done carefully, every sheet lined up spot on, and they handled the tricky spots around the chimney like pros. Clean-up was mint too, not a scrap left behind. Only small hiccup was a delay with materials that pushed things back a day, but they kept us in the loop and the end result was worth the wait.

I noticed a wet spot on the ceiling of our spare bedroom and called them in a panic. The team brought a bunch of special tools I didn't even know existed for roofing. They quickly identified that a few shingles had blown off and there was a small tear in the underlayment. Appreciated you guys!

We’re extremely pleased with the quality of the job and the level of professionalism your team provided throughout the entire process. From the initial inspection and quote to the final clean-up, everything was handled efficiently, on time, and with great attention to detail.

Your team handled the work efficiently. They replaced the old tin sheets and sorted some insulation issues. Quality work without dragging the job on, and the price made sense. Left the area clean too.

The back extension roof had sagged a bit over time, probably poor install from years ago. These guys didn’t make a meal out of it—gave options, fixed the frame, and put in new Klip-Lok sheets. Steady work and clear progress each day. It’s not some luxury makeover, but I wasn’t after that. Just wanted it fixed right, and that’s what I got. Appreciate the attention to detail and not cutting corners. Definitely calling again if the front roof ever goes.

Alright, here’s the deal — I was dreading this whole roof replacement job. Thought it’d be a headache. But credit where it's due, you guys actually made it pretty smooth. The new zincalume roof looks great. Shoutout to Jason — easy to talk to, didn’t overcomplicate anything. The quote was fair, no silly hidden costs, and your team showed up when they said they would. I especially appreciated how the guys just got on with it, no unnecessary chat, no mess left lying around. One thing — maybe let customers know a bit more ahead about the noise level on install day. Wasn’t expecting my dog to be so stressed, haha. Other than that, really impressed. No leaks, no hassles, no regrets. Job well done.

Nothing but good things to say! Got a complete roof restoration done in Hamilton - pressure cleaning, repointing, sealing, and painting. The crew was friendly, skilled, and tidy. They even fixed a few broken tiles they found during inspection at no extra charge. My house looks brand new from the street now!
