My Home Improvements

Arranged an appointment for a quote and never turned up. Waited with estate agent for 45mins. No call or comms, just left us hanging.

My Home Improvements came highly recommended through our local Community Facebook page, and they absolutely lived up to the praise. From the very first contact, their communication, preparation, and updates about the proposed work were outstanding. The contractors they use are first-class. Highly professional and skilled. The finished job has exceeded our expectations, and we honestly could not be happier with the result. We would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend the entire team at My Home Improvements.

The workmanship of Greg & his experienced team (Lindsay and Wayne) from My Home Improvements is outstanding. From initial contact, communication via phone or email has been efficient and professional. Greg visited my property in person to inspect the roof. He provided excellent insight into the existing condition of the roof of my property and made recommendations on the roof restoration work. He kept me informed throughout the process and patiently answered all my questions along the way. I value Greg for taking the time to inspect the work as well as keeping me updated with photos at the start, midway and on completion of the project. I also entrusted Greg with the refurbishment of the old and rotten gables. The end result is nothing but the best as per shown in the photos! I'm so impressed after the completion of the first project that I've assigned Greg and his team another roof restoration project. I have no hesitation in recommending My Home Improvements to anyone looking for a highly skilled, trustworthy and reliable team for roofing projects.

My home improvement replaced my mother’s roof earlier this year and I would highly recommend their services. They had fantastic communication and workmanship, always turned up when they said they would, and thankfully had the job done right before the cyclone hit. Thank you to everyone at my home improvements for the exceptional service.

I recently had my roof restored by My Home Improvements After doing an extensive quoting process to ensure I worked with the quality contractor. I was recommended via our local Facebook group and. The recommendations were spot on. Excellent communication and excellent workmanship. Very happy with the job.

I cannot speak highly enough of My Home Improvements -- they have now completed three roof replacements for me recently, and each experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very first consultation, Greg's team demonstrated a deep level of expertise, professionalism, and care. Greg thoroughly assessed each property, clearly explained the best solutions, and walked me through all the options with incredible patience and insight. It's rare to find a company so committed to making sure you feel informed and confident every step of the way. Each project was executed with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding; each roof looks fantastic and is built to stand the test of time. What really sets My Home Improvements apart is their consistency. Whether it was the first roof or the third, the level of service never wavered -- always professional, courteous, and solution-focused. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their clients. If you're looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and hardworking roofing team, I wholeheartedly recommend Greg's team at My Home Improvements. You won't find better. Pei

We were looking at getting a deck roof and a double carport for our residence. My Home Improvements was one of three companies that provided us with a quote. The professionalism and thoroughness shown by Elton who attended our property gave me great confidence, as well as the detailed quote provided (along with actual online 3D models). Note, that we had cheaper quotes, but that in itself made me wonder if those companies were going to perform a stand up job...? The builders that did the job (Dave and team) were some of the most affable I've come across and I enjoyed watching them work with great banter provided. Working from home, I probably annoyed them with my constant questioning, but they were always willing to talk me through what they were doing. The final product was of top notch quality and finish. We now have a carport with sensor down-lights and a wonderful back deck with lighting and fan which we can't wait to use over the coming years. Both roofs are of the insulated variety, so the reduction in heat is absolutely fantastic. All in all, a really good experience and well worth the money.
