Thanks James for repairing our roof for a leak. Really happy mate!
James is the man!!!! Full roof restoration for our Moolalaba home, cannot be happier mate!
James and Warren were fantastic!! They were polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When James came out to look at our roof and to give us a quote, he was very upfront and knowledgeable in regards to where our leak was coming from. They came and fixed our roof and didn't leave any mess behind. Very pleased with their work and would highly recommend Only Roofs Pty Ltd to look after your roof!!
The best in the Shire...DON'T think about any other company. The best price, proudly local, extremely experienced & professional. Honest upfront transparent quoting, they listen to you, and advise for your roofing needs. James and his team always communicated well with us, the roof restoration was immaculate, the site was kept clean and we were very very happy with their work. Sally.
James was recommended by a friend & we’re thrilled that we chose him to do our job. James is a punctual, polite, reliable & neat worker. He replaced three downpipes & fixed an intermittent, irritating leak in our pergola. The leak repair was a difficult job, but James persevered & we’re now leak free. Thank you James. We highly recommend James for any roofing job.
James provides an execpetional roofing service to his clients, he is an absolute legend to work with. Very knowledgable across roof tiling & metal roofing. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to replace or restore their roof
Highly, highly recommend James! I had a fair few quotes done before I was recommended to James, so take it from me if you're doing your due diligence and come across Only Roofs you can be sure you're getting the best products, best skills for the best possible finish. Speaking to James initially I could tell he cares about what he does, and this was definitely the case as he spent four days on a complete roof restoration in and around changing weather. Even going the extra mile to hand paint around skylights and hard to reach areas to make sure they wouldn't stand out and all blend together seamlessly. Couldn't be happier with the end result and very keen to see how all of James' hard work lasts the test of time!
