Had the guys replace some of the work that was done because of average workmanship and lack of attention to detail. Had them come out to fix up leaks to new guttering yet still leak between facia cover and back of guttering due to not enough fixings to hold the guttering up tight against facia cover. Guttering clips loosely fitted even after the first time of them not having enough to start with. Average job at best and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
We had Joshua come out and quote us for a re-roof from tile to colorbond including gutters. I'm very happy with the way Joshua kept in contact and always got back to me very promptly and was very willing to work with me through many changes to the scope of work and we ended up with a price we were happy with.
Right from the start I was very pleased with the inspection, quote and job. The guys who did the roof and guttering were respectful and cleaned up after the job was done. I definitely recommend Pro roof and gutter.

After the recent storm in June 2025, I had a box gutter water leak in my 7 year old townhouse, again, and my insurance sent Pro Roof and Gutter to my home to inspect and report on the problem. I was advised that the entire box gutter had to be replaced and a quote was provided by them. As it was not covered by insurance, and deemed faulty workmanship of the builder, Alliance Development (who accept no responsibility), I was faced with an expensive situation. Josh came to my home to see the dilemma I now faced and to work out the scaffolding to be erected over my verandah to the upper level to access the roof before the replacement could be done. He was very professional and considerate of the stress I was going through. Thank you Josh, and his team and, of course Mick, as you have all been fantastic and gone out of your way to replace the box gutter during your busy schedule. I HIGHLY recommend Pro Roof and Gutter for a seamless, professional service and workmanship.
