The company is fully insured. It serves Canberra, ACT and surrounding suburbs including Belconnen, Gungahlin, Tuggeranong, Woden, Weston Creek, Inner North, Inner South and Molonglo Valley. Services include roof repairs, roof restorations, Colorbond® roofing, roof replacements and maintenance.

Households and commercial property managers around Canberra facing roof repairs, gutter problems and replacement work describe a consistent pattern of swift response and thorough follow-through. Rafey is named repeatedly for turning up soon after an enquiry, diagnosing the fault and often finishing the fix during the same visit rather than charging for a separate quote. Several customers mention that itemised quotes arrive with before and after photographs, so the scope of work is clear from the outset. Recurring jobs include repairing cracked tiles and holes, replacing old pointing, repointing and re-painting roofs, installing gutter guard, clearing blocked gutters and swapping rotting fascia capped with Colorbond.

Reviewers repeatedly mention that the team communicates well, arrives when arranged, works efficiently even in hot conditions and leaves the site neat and tidy. A detail many reviews return to is the care taken with smaller jobs, which customers say received the same attention as larger projects. Abdul and the wider crew of carpenters, painters and roofers are acknowledged by name for their professionalism. Completed work is commonly described as resolving leaks and restoring the roof, with no callbacks required.
