Reliable Roofing and Property Maintenance

I highly recommend Reliable Roofing. They recently completed rebedding and repointing work on my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The team was professional, reliable, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. The workmanship was excellent and they left everything spotless, the whole process was smooth and stress free. Great communication and quality service

We highly recommend. It has been close to six weeks since Reliable Roofing repaired our roof and boxed gutter which allowed rain to leak into wall cavity of our bedroom soaking the carpet. Since then we have had two really good experiences of consistent rain for a time. Now no more leaks. Jamie came out and identified the problem along with further recommendations of repair which we actioned from his detailed quote. Serg and his helper repaired and replaced all that was required. They were pleasant, polite, very thorough and tidy. We found Jamie very pleasant and professional. Ash is brilliant, keeping us informed along the way. Thank you Jamie and Ash.

I cannot recommend Reliable Roofing highly enough. After dealing with a serious box gutter issue that caused water to back up and flood my roof during severe weather, Jamie and the entire Reliable Roofing team were exceptional from start to finish. Jamie is, without question, the most caring, compassionate and genuine tradesperson I have ever worked with. His integrity is second to none. He didn’t just fix the immediate problem, he took the time to understand why it had happened and went well beyond what I expected to make sure I wouldn’t be facing the same issue again in the future. He even made thoughtful last-minute improvements because he genuinely wanted the outcome to be the best it could be, not because he had to. What also impressed me was the complete transparency. The quote was incredibly thorough, there were no hidden costs or unpleasant surprises, and every member of the team reflected the same values and professionalism. It was obvious they all genuinely cared about doing the job properly rather than simply getting it finished. The communication was equally outstanding. Nat and Ash in the office were fantastic, keeping me informed throughout the process and somehow remembering me by name every time I called. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt like my concerns mattered. In an industry where finding trustworthy contractors can be difficult, Reliable Roofing has completely restored my confidence. The quality of workmanship, communication, integrity and genuine care they showed was unlike anything I have experienced before. I honestly won’t let anyone else touch our roof again. If you’re looking for a roofing company that truly stands behind its work and treats customers with respect, Reliable Roofing is the team to call.

Reliable Roof provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Nat and Ash were always available to answer questions and kept me informed throughout the process. At the beginning of winter, Serg and his crew completed the replacement of my gutters and fascia in just 2½ days. The team did a wonderful job, worked very cleanly, and clearly took great pride in their workmanship. Serg and his team were friendly, professional, and honest. I am very happy with the result and would highly recommend Reliable Roof to anyone looking for quality roofing work.
