I had my front porch replaced and new roof sheets on my flat roof carport about nearly 2 months ago. Price was good. Installation date delayed 3 times due weather. Supplies just dumped on front lawn and left with no word. Roof sheets were done too short so yet another delay, with no communication about when will be back. Communication a continuous issue as no mention of when guys were coming back. I had to keep calling for answers and was told that a receptionist was off for a couple of days, so as a result communication just doesn't happen?? Damage was done to front of house when old porch was pulled down. Partly fixed. Part of carport also still leaks when it rains because they didnt use any silicone on it.Wasn't impressed with paying remainder of balance on day of installation,. Should be paid once happy with the completed job. Need to keep customers informed.

We had a roof restoration done and because we were so happy with their service and pricing, we also went with Rite Price Heating And Cooling . The customer service is next to none and when we had an issue which ended up being our fault they came out to assess the problem and then gave us excellent advice on how to avoid this issue in the future. Next time we need to get roofing, heating or cooling done Rite Price is where we’re gonna go and we highly recommend them to others!

If you want no communication when the job you have had booked in for months changes, 100L of paint deliverd to your front step, blocking your entrance with no warning, and no responses to questions about aspects of the job, these are your people.

We initially had a number of competitive quotes from other companies and had already engaged a company to build our pergola, the pergola contractor asked if we were open to getting a quote arranged via Rite Price, given they already had relationship working together would be easier. Whilst the roof restoration process did take longer than expected, mainly due to poor weather, we are pleased with the end result. Rite Price replaced all the bedding, numerous chipped and broken tiles, replaced all three valleys, re pointed the entire roof, pressure washed, added the mould resistant coating and painted. The roof looks like new again, thank you.

I called Rite Price Roofing to help identify an issue with my second-story roof. They responded quickly, came out to inspect, and immediately found the problem. Not only did they explain everything clearly, but they also went the extra mile to fix it on the spot and gave me practical advice on how to prevent it from happening again. Tony was excellent, friendly, professional and easy to understand. He even explained when and how I should repaint the inside of my property after the water damage. I had a quote from a different roofing company which was extremely high so i reached out to rite price roofing and they came around and quoted me a fair price and had my roof fixed the next day. The guys there (Tony & Chris) were so friendly and professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

Disastrous from start to (still not) finished We engaged Rite Price to build a verandah out the back of our house, the experience nothing short of nightmare. It all started with a quick in home consultation in October 2020, where the sales rep appeared to listen and confidently promised a pre Christmas delivery. That was the last time things went smoothly. First the drawings they provided were completely off from what we requested, ignoring specific concerns about wind speed, which we had flagged as critical due to experience when building the property. They also fixed into the roof where we clearly wanted it to be elevated above the roof. Instead of correcting the errors and doing another drawing before moving forward we were ensured with a promise that it would be “fixed at check measure” When check measure finally happened a pre Christmas timeline was impossible. Told again the drawings were incorrect width and heights were taken. Also said about the position of the storm water pipe and that the corner post would have to avoid. Meanwhile our concreter who could pour before Christmas was left on standby as we did not want to make boring of post holes much more difficult. Match 21 new hope as construction began. Fortunately someone was home because the installers attempted to avoid the stormwater pipe by placing the post in the middle of the feature garden and wall rather than moving 100 mm to the other side where it would have been hidden by the house. Again an easily avoided issue had time had actually been taken to produce accurate drawings and have both parties sign off on. Concerns about the structural integrity quickly surfaced as they were using 60 mm fence posts for a structure over 4 m high, exposed to significant wind loads and supporting the weight of the insulated cool deck panels. Despite the red flags, construction pliéed ahead resulting in Flashing incomplete and incorrectly installed Ragged cut offs and missing screws Screws not screwed into beams Roof panels not properly joined A leaking box gutter The response to our complaints was abysmal - missed appointments, ignored messages, countless emails endless delays. We had to go ahead with the concreting and completion of the back yard. Despite repeated warnings they had failed to address the issues which resulted in Warped and torqued 60 mm posts unable to support the structure A box gutter leaking ( still to this day) What they did do was come back and replace the posts out to 90 mm however, after losing 2 jackhammer parts decided it was too hard to cut out the old posts and sink the new ones into a hole, they would be left at ground level supported by the slab only Posts are still crooked ( the installer saying the cross beam is warped so you can never get them all straight “ better to have one crooked one than all of them” The end result is a costly, dangerous eyesore that still isn’t right and a still leaking gutter. Please save yourself the endless headaches and avoid Rite Price Roofing at all costs
