For a roof fix, they quote as of writing this $1125 if they successfully find and fix something. If they fix it, they provide a warranty of 1 year which I have been separately advised is against the Australian Consumer Law and the SA Building Work Contractors Act. The salesman laughed when I thought it would be longer than a year. The salesman was very poor to talk with and I did not like my dealings with him at all. Other peoples experience may differ but I can only speak on my experience communicating with the salesman directly.

Very prompt in responding to my initial email. Very honest assessment of possible causes for my leak and gave me options for staged fixes so not to over quote on what needed to be done. The simplest solution has worked and was completed very quickly. Grateful home owner.

I felt that this was expensive., certainly more expensive than I expected. However, it was organised by my husband and I didn't get any other quotes to compare it with. Apparently the 55 year old valleys weren't wide enough to cope with the wide gutters I had installed a few years ago, and they needed to be widened and replaced. I am annoyed that the person who did the work then did not flag this as a future issue. On the positive side, it was dealt with quickly and respectfully. Jeremiah quoted the job quickly, and the work was carried out by Joseph who was efficient and respectful. More importantly, we had significant rainfall yesterday and there were no leaks to be found. Thanks Guys. Update: 2 December 2025. A couple of weeks later. More rain, and wow, the roof is leaking again. Sent photos through however we have not had a response yet. Update: 3 June 2026. You will note that the number of stars have reduced. This is because we have not had ANY phone calls returned. The roof is still leaking. Can I suggest Joseph or Jeremiah that you get in touch with my husband or I, to discuss this very expensive bandaid. I note that 1000 people have read my review (just in case you are not aware)

Jeremiah was open and honest and rather than suggest we completely redo the entire roof, that we leave what's not broken alone, and just focus on the portion of the roof that did require repair, which reduced our costs. The work was done in a timely manner by Ed and he sent photos through of his work after to confirm what had been done, as well as the quality of the work, and it was all colour matched to what was already there also. I should also mention Marina in the office was great in following up on bits for me and coordinating callbacks to discuss the quote and works to be undertaken and she sent photos of everything as part of the invoice. Overall very satisfied with the works that have been done as the water ingress has been an ongoing for 3 years since I had a new airconditioner installed and with the guarantee I'm hoping this fixes it finally.

Very happy with the team at roof doctors. Jeremiah was able to identify issues related to poor installation of a flat roof. I required 2 visits for the leak but I'm confident now that the issue has been resolved. They were also able to fix the issue with the roof banging in high winds. After years of dealing with a dodgy builder and other roofing companies I'm glad the issues have been resolved.

I have hired Roof Doctors for my own home in the past and was impressed with their service, so when my parents' roof needed some fixing I called them straight away.
