Roof & Render SA - Showroom

Roof & Render SA was established in 1921 and has been family-run for four generations by the Mann family. The company operates with an in-house team and does not use sub-contractors. It is fully insured and licensed, and is an active member of construction associations. The company has completed over 5,000 jobs and has installed more than 5,000 metal roofs in South Australia.

It offers a 20-year workmanship leak-proof guarantee and performs quality assurance inspections. Roof & Render SA uses its own trucks instead of skip bins to avoid damage to driveways or landscaping. Services include residential, commercial, tile to metal replacement, metal to metal replacement, asbestos to metal replacement, verandahs, pergolas, patios, carports, and gutters and fascia cover.

Praise for the provision of a spacious, well-organised display centre recurs throughout the feedback, with customers repeatedly highlighting the extensive range of Colorbond colours and large steel samples available for inspection. Visitors describe the relaxed setting as informative and well equipped, making it easy to compare finishes and products before committing to a project.

Several accounts single out the quality of service, with Aidan named for his professionalism and patience while preparing a quote for a full re-roofing job in West Lakes, where old tiles were replaced with Colorbond sheeting. Reviewers note that he answered numerous questions with care and helped customers feel confident throughout the process. Another staff member, Chandra, is credited with a job well done and described as trustworthy.

The showroom format itself comes up often as a strength, allowing thorough viewing of materials without pressure, and the company is portrayed as a pleasure to deal with. Practical work such as re-roofing, product selection and the supply of quality roofing materials sits at the centre of the comments, alongside consistent recognition of knowledgeable guidance from the team before and during projects. Customers value feeling properly informed about options ranging from full roof replacement to the finishes on display.
