The solution he recommended was practical and honest, and he did not suggest any unnecessary or excessive repairs, which I really appreciated. The workers who came on site were also very polite and did a beautiful, solid job. They are excellent tradespeople. The only part that felt a little cold to me was the communication with the lady in the office, whose name I will not mention here. Overall, I am very satisfied, and I feel I have to give a five-star review. May God the Creator bless you even more.
