In Geelong, Sky Ways Roofing has built a consistent reputation through word of mouth, with several customers noting they engaged the company after seeing its work on a relative's or neighbour's property. Reviews regularly refer to the professionalism of the team from the first phone call through to the final inspection, and a detail many reviews return to is the reliability of the crew, who arrive when they say they will and keep clients informed about progress.

Named staff members Luke, Phil, Scott and Clare are singled out for their helpfulness, attention to detail and willingness to explain each stage of the work. The scope of jobs described includes roof restoration and recapping, re-pointing and painting of tiled roofs, cleaning, and the repair of a stubborn leak that had defeated other trades, with damaged sections removed and new tiles laid.

Customers describe a thorough cleanup once work is finished and note that the crew took care to protect neighbouring vehicles from dust and debris. Pricing is characterised as clear and agreed in advance, with work carried out according to the quote. The transformation of the appearance of homes is a recurring theme, as is the speed with which smaller jobs are completed.
