Southern Roofing

Travis was quick to respond to the leak that appeared from our ceiling, making time to fit us in between rain showers. After an inspection of the roof was completed all probable causes and options for repairs were thoroughly explained. His advice was informative and unbiased allowing us to make an informed decision about repairs.

Travis was initially responsive and came to site at short notice to inspect defects on a recently completed roof, for which I was most appreciative. But unfortunately, it seems he was more interested in criticizing the previous roofer's work, rather than helping to resolve the issues without resorting to completely replacing the roof at a cost of over $50k. Minor thing - if your minimum call out charge is for two hours, next time I'd appreciate it if you stayed on-site for more than 45 minutes.

Travis and his team did a great job resolving our issues with leaking gutters. Travis was prompt to reply initially and had excellent communication throughout the process. We were proivded with several options to resolve our problem and had the pros and cons well explained. We are exterenly happy with the outcome and would highly recommend.

Travis notified us when he was on his way and arrived at the specified time. He inspected our glazed link and advised us what necessary repairs would be needed. He also found the rattle on our roof and nailed it. We have followed through with his advice. Thanks Travis.

An excellent business to deal with. Travis provided good communication with respect to options for my roofing requirements and arrival times and duration of the work needed. A reasonable quote and excellent workmanship with good follow-up and no rubbish left behind. I can unreservedly recommend this company for all your roofing requirements.

Exceptional communication Turned up on time Exceptional professional work ethic

First time homeowner and had concerns with the roof and gutters due to gutter joint leaks and rusted roof screws. Travis (I believe) had a look and provided some much needed info and advice. I'll be following up with Southern Roofing for future works and would recommend them.
