This company is amazing. I received a detailed quote from Elmer and everything was explained to me clearly so i could understand the work to be carried out. And the price quoted was very reasonable. The roof now is fully restored and painted and i am receiving compliments from people on how great it looks. Andrew did an amazing job and his perfectionism and quality of work is outstanding. I don’t usually leave reviews for companies I haven’t personally hired, but this one deserves it. I own Australian Solar Mesh and have been looking at or walking on roofs for the past 8 years installing bird proofing solar protection. I see everything from brand new roofs to restorations, the lot… I can honestly say this is the best roofing job I’ve ever come across. The roof painting is absolutely immaculate. The ridge capping is flawless, the finish is consistent throughout and the attention to detail is second to none. It’s the sort of workmanship you notice the moment you step onto the roof. The work was carried out by highly skilled and dedicated roofers, who were polite and respectful throughout the project. The quality of their workmanship exceeded our expectations. The manager regularly inspected the progress, ensuring everything was completed to a high standard. The job was completed on time, and the site was left neat and tidy — a level of care we truly appreciated. We are very satisfied with the result and would confidently recommend this company to anyone needing roofing or guttering work.

These guys put a new roof on my property some time ago and I then referred them as good to my neighbour, resulting in another lucrative job for them. Recently my roof has been leaking and as most people would do, I contacted them first and unfortunately spoke to Jim (apparently in charge of warranty work). He was rude, patronising and dismissive and really didn't want to know. Promised to come by and look at the issue, didn't show up and didn't call, so I called him again and he again promised to come by but still a no show. Really disgusting treatment from someone in a customer facing role. I would not use this company again, their post-sales service is non-existent and Jim hasn't a clue about maintaining customer relationships.

I would like to let people know this is a bit of a hit and miss company ,not the first time I have dealt with them , we had a full roof restoration with them early 2025 , we have noted leaks marks on our ceiling in different areas and after no less than 5 phone calls we finally had someone arrive this morning and to our surprise it’s not their problem, could be this could be that didn’t know excuse after excuse even question weather was to blame , nothing resolved just a suggestion paint over it. Thanks for nothing .
