TP Roofing

TP Roofing is a family owned and operated roofing contractor based in Sydney, established by Trent Faulkner, who is the owner. Trent Faulkner is a certified and licensed Roof Tiler and Roof Plumber with over 30 years' experience working on tile, metal and slate roofs. TP Roofing has over 30 years' experience in roof repair and is licensed in roof tiling and roof plumbing. The business is a member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA), the Master Tilers and Slaters Association, and is a Monier Roofing Specialist.

Roof repairs are warrantied for 2 years, and all new roofs have a 10 year workmanship guarantee. TP Roofing's clients include property managers, strata managers, builders and residential clients. Services, provided Sydney-wide, include roof repair, roof replacement and new roof installation; Trent Faulkner personally provides all roof assessments and quotations for roof repairs and maintenance.

TP Roofing has earned consistent praise across Sydney for the way Trent and Phoebe handle both the trade itself and the contact surrounding it. A point made in several accounts is that Trent arrives exactly when promised and that calls are answered without delay, giving owners confidence from the outset. A handful of customers describe the passage from initial quote to completed repair as straightforward and well organised, with jobs finished cleanly and no need for repeat visits.

Praise centres on the standard of the finished roof, particularly where leaks and alfresco coverings are concerned, with owners reporting that the original trouble has not returned. Honesty and technical judgement also feature strongly: Trent has traced a suspected roofing fault to a different source entirely, and when skylights were found to be leaking he explained the situation and supplied a specialist contact. Cleanliness after the work earns regular comment, as does Phoebe's attentive handling of bookings and updates. Where complications appeared, they were resolved, and the charges were seen as reasonable for the trade involved.
