Trusted Roof Restorations

Trusted Roof Restorations is a roof restoration and repair company with over 13 years' experience in roof restoration. The company serves the Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast areas. It provides a 10-year workmanship guarantee on completed projects. The team is fully insured and licensed. Patrick Symes is the contact person. Its main service is roof restoration, and it also replaces or mends concrete tiles, terracotta tiles, metal roofs, and Colorbond roofs.

Roof restoration sits at the centre of this operation, supported by pressure washing, painting and water damage restoration. Patrick, the tradesman almost every account names, earns consistent praise for communication that is clear and prompt, spanning the initial inspection and quote through to guidance on keeping the finished roof in shape. Customers writing about their orders describe the workmanship as excellent, singling out careful surface preparation before painting and thorough repointing along ridge lines.

Reliability comes up often, with descriptions of Patrick turning up when promised, pressing on through weather delays and finishing whole restorations single-handedly. A point that comes up often is pricing that felt fair and competitive for the result achieved, alongside a tidy finish once the job wrapped up. Repairs to cracked tiles and repointing before a property went to rental drew the same favourable response, as did work following hail damage. Homeowners report neighbours requesting Patrick's details after seeing the completed roof, while his straightforward advice and visible pride in the job leave a strong impression.
