Couldn’t recommend Ultimate Roofing enough!! I reached out to Ultimate Roofing to provide a quote. They were fast and responsive. Jason came out and did an inspection. He was informative and friendly - providing educated information and suggestions. We received a quote shortly after the inspection and were able to work with them to find an option that fit our budget. The job was booked in very quickly and within 3 days they had removed the old roof and fitted our new roof. They took care in the job (even sweeping up after themselves, removing all waste, etc), were punctual and friendly throughout. Nikki regularly checked in and was incredibly responsive to emails. The product is great and the service was even better.

Can't rate their job but can rate their service cause there is none. Needed roof replaced, Jason came out and advised he'll get back to me with quote, 4 weeks later, still waiting! If you can't do the job, would be nice if you told me upfront and not waste my time. On a positive note, the Company that did the job were amazing.

Ultimate Roofing were wonderful to deal with. Nikki responded quickly to my enquiry and provided excellent communication about the job. Also, they were happy to do a small job that other contractors were not. Installation was quick and very well done.
