Vicwest Roofing

Vicwest Roofing is a roofing contractor with over 20 years of experience. The company is based in Ballarat and Geelong and serves Ballarat, Geelong, Bendigo, Bacchus Marsh, Daylesford, Castlemaine, Creswick, Maryborough, and all towns within 100km of Ballarat. Its main services include roof replacements, new roofs, and gutter and pipe replacement. A 10-year workmanship warranty is offered on roof replacements.

Homeowners arranging complete roof replacements make up much of the feedback for this Ballarat company, with many describing the prospect as overwhelming until the crew took charge. Hayden is named again and again for quick replies, punctual appointments and itemised quotes that were set out clearly ahead of the work. The team is called professional and dependable, turning up early and working steadily, and tasks such as converting tile to tin and swapping rusted iron for zincalume or Colorbond were wrapped up in one or two days.

A theme running through the accounts is communication, from the initial phone call to before-and-after images that customers say capture the change. Cleanliness is another recurring note, with sites cleared and tidy and the old roofing pulled away without drama. One account describes a whirly bird fitted after hours at no cost, and a century-old cottage with solar panels needing removal and refitting is described as handled carefully and in orderly fashion, the detail and evident pride in the workmanship standing out.
