ANA Plumbing and Roofing

ANA Plumbing and Roofing is a locally owned and run family business. The company has been servicing Mackay and surrounding districts for over 10 years. The company specialises in new roofs, roof replacements and re-screws for homes across the Mackay region. Its services include Colorbond roof replacements and re-screws, new roof installations for residential homes, and guttering, downpipes, flashing and whirlybird installation as part of full reroof projects.

Punctuality and clear communication emerge as the themes running through the feedback for this Mackay roofing business, with reviewers consistently noting that crews turned up when promised and kept clients informed from the first quote to the final clean-up. Roof replacements dominate the work described, and customers highlight that unexpected problems during the job were dealt with calmly rather than becoming a source of friction. The standard of workmanship is frequently praised, as is the tidiness of the site once the team has finished, with rubbish removed and the property left in good order.

Fair pricing for re-roofing features in accounts, alongside the coordination of a leaking skylight replacement, pointing to a willingness to take on related repairs. Anthony is named several times for his professionalism and hands-on approach, and office staff including Nicole receive thanks for their helpfulness. Respect for the client's home while major work is under way is another point raised, with disruption kept to a minimum. Several reviewers describe the whole process as straightforward and the team as easy to deal with, from the initial price through to the completed roof.
