Reliance Roof Restoration Mackay

Reliance Roof Restoration is a small family owned company that has provided services direct to homeowners since 2002. It operates under the legal entity Rooftop Brisbane Pty Ltd. Peter is the Manager. The company holds membership of The Master Builders Association in Queensland & New South Wales and the Housing Industry Association. It offers an unconditional 10 year guarantee on coatings and workmanship. Services include asbestos roof removal, gutter repairs, roof repairs, roof replacement, and roof restoration.

Roof restoration and painting across the district form the backbone of the work discussed, with finished surfaces that leave rooflines looking renewed and colour selections drawing particular praise. One name surfaces repeatedly, that of Ben, who customers describe as their main point of contact throughout each project. Quick replies to emails and text messages are a consistent thread, as is the practice of keeping clients informed while work is under way, explaining what was found and how it would be addressed so the reasoning behind each decision was clear.

His manner is called approachable and professional, and the standard he sets is said to filter through to those working alongside him. Several accounts note that projects finished ahead of the schedule clients expected, and the attention given after completion, including follow-up contact, is mentioned often. Knowledge and guidance feature strongly, together with a sense that genuine pride in the trade is visible in the final result. Gutter servicing and painting appear among the tasks described, and the work ethic itself is a point that comes up often.
