Roof repairs, restorations and guttering work carried out across Melbourne form the substance of the feedback for Central Roofing and Property Repairs. Several customers describe calling Josh and finding him on site quickly, sometimes within a couple of hours, and completing urgent leak repairs soon after. Reviewers repeatedly mention his ability to trace problems other roofers had failed to identify, with one household reporting no recurrence of water ingress more than a year after the fix. Restoration work on an older roof is described in detail, covering pressure washing, priming and painting, and the replacement of worn timber slats on a balcony pergola is praised for restoring both appearance and durability.

Named staff including Will, Joe, Gary and Dean are credited with reliable, courteous and professional service. A point that comes up often is the clarity of advice given before work begins, along with careful communication while the job is underway. Tidiness and a willingness to answer questions are also noted, as is the team's readiness to attend at short notice when tiles posed an immediate danger. Repeat business and referrals feature in the accounts, alongside gutter and general property repair tasks.
