First Class Roofing

After years of ongoing roof issues, we finally have complete peace of mind thanks to the team at First Class Roofing. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. Jarrod took the time to thoroughly inspect our roof, clearly explain the underlying design issues that had been causing problems, and walk us through the recommended solution. We never felt pressured, just well informed and confident that we were making the right decision. Dave carried out the repairs and was incredibly efficient, even working through Melbourne's challenging winter weather. The workmanship was excellent, and it's reassuring to know our roof is now properly storm-proof. We obtained several quotes, and while theirs wasn't the cheapest, it sat comfortably in the middle. Given the extent of our water damage and the fact we'd been dealing with roof problems for years, we knew this wasn't something we wanted to cut corners on. Their experience, particularly the number of roofs they've completed in our local area, gave us confidence that we were in the right hands. Professional, reliable and highly skilled, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality roofing work.

We had the guys in to switch from an old complex tiled roof to colorbond, which included going around existing skylights and adding new ones in. The team was really great from the quote through to delivery - Lisa handled all the admin, including permits etc and it was great to have a dedicated contact for everything. When something was damaged during the install (purely an accident) they were really quick to remedy. Jarrod and the team got the job done efficiently, and to a high standard, we haven't had any issues and the job was done three months ago. Loving the rain on the colorbond! As for pricing, First Class Roofing was within 1k of another quote we got, and $15k cheaper than another quote. So I think they sit in the 'not cheap (which you don't really want for your roof!) but definitely not the most expensive' category.

We recently had our kitchen and bathroom roof replaced , including two new skylights, and are really happy with First Class Roofing for their great work. Lisa, Jarrod and all the fellas on the team were really friendly and helpful. We appreciated their attention to detail, and we feel that the price was really reasonable for the amount of work involved. It’s nice and snug inside now, and no more buckets required ! Thanks guys

Huge thank you to the whole team. From first contact, we had clear and transparent communication and timely responses to our many questions. The installation week was seamless. The team were super friendly, always on time and kept the site clean and safe. The finished work looks amazing. Would highly recommend.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Lisa, Jarrod, Jimmy and Dave to replace our very old cement tile roof with colorbond. From quoting to resolving existing challenges and finishing up, the team handled it all smoothly and promptly. I highly recommend First Class Roofing / The Roof Specialists if you want/ need to re-roof. It was a wonderful experience to have a professional and hassle-free team look after our safe abode.
