Detailed quotes and clear explanations of the work required stand out as the most consistent theme in feedback on this Cooks Hill roofing company. Customers describe trades arriving when promised and replying quickly to messages, with Robert Kelso named repeatedly for prompt contact, candid assessments and follow-up calls after leaking roof repairs had been completed. The standard of finished work is praised across roof replacement, including a demanding job on a seventy-three-year-old roof with numerous angles and window hoods, as well as guttering repairs, new guttering fitted to a shed, refixing and securing loose tiles, and gutter guard installation to stop birds nesting.

Clay tile pressure cleaning also draws favourable comment. Fair and reasonable pricing is mentioned often, alongside photographic updates and explanations offered as work progressed. Skill in tracing problems to their source recurs, from locating a leak to coordinating with a solar installer so panels could be removed and refitted without disrupting the job, and the appearance of the completed gutter guards is singled out for particular praise once the work was finished.
