Quality Roofing Contractors

Quality Roofing Contractors is a roofing contractor based in Newcastle, with over 20 years of industry experience. The company has 20 plus in-house staff and services the Central Coast, Port Macquarie, and Muswellbrook regions. The company offers a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. It specialises in metal roofing, including commercial, industrial, and architecturally-designed projects, and uses Australian-made BlueScope steel products. Services include commercial roofing, residential roofing, and architectural cladding.

Quality Roofing Contractors is described by customers as delivering a professional, friendly experience from first contact to completion, with praise centring on workmanship, reliability and clear communication throughout. Crews led by Corey, Alex and Mitch are repeatedly named for explaining each stage, keeping households informed when wild weather disrupted plans, and finding solutions for awkward circumstances encountered during the build.

Punctuality and organisation come through strongly, with trades arriving as promised and leaving the site tidy each afternoon, and several accounts note that occupied homes were treated with care. Quoting is described as competitive and the pricing fair, while the finished roof is said to match what was discussed beforehand. Reviewers highlight the smooth handling of a full roof replacement, including a Newcastle rental property and a project swapping an old tile roof for a new Colorbond one, with the outcome reported to have held up through extreme conditions without problems.

Technical expertise, willingness to answer questions and a personable manner run alongside the quality of the finished work, and the consistency of the service across these varied jobs is a recurring theme. Colorbond roofing, roof replacement work and property care during construction are the elements reviewers return to most.
