A full terracotta tile replacement was the project behind this feedback for the Bendigo business. Jason and his team stripped and relaid the entire roof, and the customer describes the work as carried out with obvious care and pride. Communication during the job was frequent and clear, keeping the householder informed as the replacement progressed, and the finished result met expectations.

The account highlights the standard of the tiling and the way the crew conducted themselves on site, with Jason named as the tradesperson overseeing the work from start to finish. Roof restoration of this kind, involving the removal and replacement of terracotta tiles, is what the review describes, and the customer's satisfaction with both the process and the completed roof comes through plainly.
