It services Bendigo and surrounds, all suburbs of Melbourne, and projects all over Victoria and further afar. Services include slate roof repairs and replacement, tile roofing, leak detection and waterproofing, heritage roof restoration, and gutter repairs and flashing installation.

In Bendigo, Royale Roofing and Waterproofing has drawn praise from customers for the calibre of its roofing work, particularly on slate. Several reviewers describe the diligence, professionalism and expertise brought to a recent slate roof repair, noting that finding someone capable of that work had not been easy. One thing mentioned again and again is the attention to detail, with hips and valleys singled out for the care taken in their execution. Scott is named repeatedly, both for his own craftsmanship as a slater and roofer and for the way he instructs his team, and reviewers also remark on his polite manner on site.

Communication is another recurring theme: customers describe being kept informed throughout the process, including the early stages when the scale of the work was shown through drone photographs, which gave reassurance before anything began. The team's background in UK roofing traditions is mentioned in connection with slate work. Reviewers characterise the outcome as pleasing and the workmanship as high quality, and the repair and waterproofing services reflect a business whose customers highlight consistent communication, skilled tradespeople and a tidy, well-managed job from start to finish.
