Kingston Roofing

Enquiries to Kingston Roofing are described by customers as poorly handled from the first contact, with all three accounts addressing customer service rather than completed roofing work. The recurring theme is dissatisfaction with how staff responded. One customer recounts a telephone call in which the manager, Tim, was rude and ended the conversation abruptly, and that account advises against spending further time on the business. The remaining accounts echo this, with reviewers stating they would not recommend the firm and warning others against committing money to it.

Across the feedback there is no reference to roofing contractors' work, gutter work, repairs, restoration, pricing, punctuality or communication during a project, and no positive experience is recorded. What emerges is a consistent picture of enquiries being dealt with unsatisfactorily, with the manner of the response rather than the technical outcome of any job being the point every reviewer raises. Tim is the only staff member named in the accounts.
