Radiant Roof Repairs Gold Coast

Radiant Roof Repair was incredibly easy to deal with. Requesting a roof leak inspection online was simple and hassle-free. A previous callout from another company failed to resolve the leak and even suggested installing sarking. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, quickly identified the real issue, and resolved it within minutes. What impressed me most was his honesty and professionalism—he fixed the issue on the spot and didn’t charge me for the repair. I highly recommend Radiant Roof Repair to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy roof leak repairs. I’ll definitely be keeping their number handy and won’t hesitate to call them again in the future.

Radiant Roof Repairs Gold Coast has terrible service and poor communication, highly unreliable as we have been told several times of a service appointment date and time but failed to show up each time. When we tried to contact them again through messages and calls, no response or reply of any sort is given. They have wasted our time as our roof is in need of urgent replacement and repair. Highly recommend to NEVER EVER use this company.

Alex was professional and friendly. Similar to other posts he was able to identify the issue on the spot and provided recommendations to resolve the issue. As a chartered professional in the engineering build industry I will be using them again.

Alex was very friendly and helpful. He was very quick, came in and got straight to work. He identified the issue and was able to solved it out on the spot! Would definitely recommend them!

We recently had the wonderful experience of getting our roof being given the full check over by Alex , Brenden and the boys who work at Radiant Roof Repairs. I was a bit concerned about our roof, especially as we were coming into the rain, storm and cyclone season. I looked around, read the reviews and kept coming back to Radiant Roof Repairs. I am so glad we did. From the minute I contacted them to the end, the lines of communication were constantly open. Everything was explained in a manner that was easy for me to understand and Alex's work ethic is an incredible asset to the company. They all work like the "dream team". I have absolutely no qualms in recommending them for your roof repairs. They are honest, upfront and get the job done. If there is going to be a hold up, (due to uncontrollable forces ie: the weather), they communicate it to you promptly. And work towards completeing your job as soon as possibly. Did I mention that they are very reasonably priced too. Very, very happy clients. Thanks Alex and Brenden and Radiant Roof Repairs! Your the best!!

Outstanding Roofing Service! I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with this roofing company. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. The team took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and delivered exactly what they promised. The staff are amazing.

Alex from Radiant Roof Repairs was excellent. He was able to attend my property quickly, his communication was great and he was punctual. Alex is knowledgeable and was able to give me a solution and provide reassurance without unnecessarily upselling me. I would definitely recommend.
